As the rising sun of 2026 bathes the Central Plains in its golden light and spirited horses gallop forth to the rhythm of progress, Longxiang Electric has already entered its twenty-third year. On this occasion of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new—a time of renewal and fresh beginnings—I, on behalf of the company’s leadership team, would like to extend our sincerest gratitude and warmest New Year wishes to all leaders at various levels who have consistently shown us their care and support, to our partners both at home and abroad, and to every single member of the Longxiang family—those working tirelessly on the front lines of production, R&D, marketing, and operations—as well as to their families! May the Year of the Horse bring you great fortune, boundless vigor and energy, happiness for your entire family, and thriving success in your endeavors!

2025 will be a breakthrough year for Longxiang Electric—marking our commitment to “deepening our roots in the local market while embracing a global outlook,” as well as a year of continuous improvement through “technology-driven empowerment and industry-education integration.” It will also be a year of quality enhancement, characterized by “staying true to our original aspirations and uniting our efforts with focused determination.” We remain firmly aligned with the nation’s new energy strategy and high-quality development guidelines, integrating green and low-carbon principles into every stage of our business. Through pragmatic actions, we fulfill our social responsibilities and rally all employees around a shared vision, forging an extraordinary collective strength to overcome challenges.

Deeply rooted in the local market, we are laying a solid foundation for sustainable development. Our domestic market is flourishing in multiple regions, and we have signed strategic cooperation agreements with over ten companies, including Feiling Power, Dikang Electric, Qianxing Power, and Huazuan Power, to integrate our strengths across the entire value chain—from power engineering design and equipment manufacturing to project management. At our Huaiyang plant, we’ve achieved self-sufficiency in green energy by installing photovoltaic rooftops on factory buildings, generating more than 5 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, thereby significantly reducing our carbon emissions and driving breakthrough progress in the new-energy sector. As a vice-president unit of the Henan Provincial Environmental Protection Industry Association, our integrated wind-solar-storage-charging solutions have been showcased at industry trade shows, earning widespread acclaim from the market for our technological prowess.

Looking globally, we are expanding international cooperation. Our international business has achieved leapfrog development, with deepened engagement in the Middle East and Africa markets. We have signed a framework agreement with Yemen on a photovoltaic power plant project, made our debut at Yemen’s first National Energy Conference, and are further advancing our collaboration on the 53-megawatt photovoltaic power plant in Shabwa Province as well as talent development in the power sector. We’ve also reached consensus with the Ethiopian Embassy in China to jointly establish, at Addis Ababa University, specialized programs in areas such as high-voltage transmission equipment installation and maintenance, transformer maintenance, and transformer manufacturing—fields where skilled personnel are in short supply—thereby supporting the local grid upgrade and the development of charging infrastructure. We hosted a delegation from the China-Africa International Exchange Promotion Association and tailored sustainable power solutions specifically for countries like Somaliland, ensuring that Chinese technologies and standards continue to gain wider recognition along the Belt and Road Initiative.

Empowered by technology, we are strengthening our technological core. Adhering to the principles of “green, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and high-efficiency,” we continuously iterate and upgrade our core products—including amorphous alloy transformers, intelligent switchgear, and liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging equipment. Our integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging technology achieves full-scenario compatibility for “self-generation and self-consumption, with surplus power fed into the grid.” The Zhoukou City Engineering Technology Research Center for Green and Intelligent Charging Stations continues to make steady progress; numerous technological breakthroughs have been successfully commercialized, providing solid support for industrial upgrading.

Integrating industry and education to foster development momentum. We have jointly established training bases and co-developed high-quality courses with 10 universities, including Zhengzhou College of Electric Power Technology, Taishan Institute of Science and Technology, and Henan Vocational College of Water Resources and Environment, thereby creating a talent-development model that combines theory with hands-on practice. We also hosted practical training sessions on charging skills for the Henan Petroleum Branch of Sinopec, reaching over 200 participants. Furthermore, we have launched international vocational education programs tailored to Yemen and Ethiopia, designing customized talent-development systems to empower industries through vocational education and promote sustainable development.

Putting people first, we unite the strength of our team. From fire safety drills to safety production training, we firmly uphold the guiding principle of "safety first," conducting numerous safety-related activities throughout the year to build a robust "firewall" for our production and operations. From heartwarming benefits on International Women’s Day and the Dragon Boat Festival to the collaborative spirit of comprehensive workplace cleaning, we nurture a sense of belonging among every Longxiang employee. Product and sales skills training empowers our team to grow, ensuring that our corporate ethos—“pioneering and enterprising, pragmatic and truth-seeking, harmonious and efficient, and relentlessly pursuing excellence”—becomes deeply ingrained in everyone’s hearts.

It is precisely in times of adversity that courage and determination shine through, and real achievements are the result of countless drops of sweat.
