Corporate Practice
According to the “Opinions of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance on the Implementation of the Quality Improvement Program for Teachers in Vocational Colleges and Universities” (No. 14 of Teaching and Vocational Training [2011]) and the “Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Education and Henan Provincial Department of Finance on the Issuance of the ‘Measures for Implementing the Enterprise Practice Program for Young Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools in Henan Province’ (No. 40 of Teaching and Vocational Training [2014]), Henan Longxiang Electric Co. Ltd. actively responded to the call of Henan Provincial Department of Education and actively participated in the enterprise practice program for young teachers in secondary vocational schools, which was recognized as the enterprise practice base for young teachers in secondary vocational schools in Henan Province in 2013. Up to now, a total of 103 young teachers have been trained, which has been recognized and affirmed by the vocational education department, and at the same time, it contributes to the further promotion of the construction of “two-teacher” teacher team in secondary vocational schools in our province.
The enterprise practice training for young teachers adopts three methods: pre-service training, in-service training and post-service training.
Pre-service training
Pre-employment training is mainly to do a good job of pre-employment safety training, entering the workshop notes training, three-level training, introduction to the company's profile and development history, enterprise management system, attendance system and other training, from all aspects of the training so that teachers have a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise. In addition, one week is specially set aside to invite enterprise professionals to train on the electric power industry and basic knowledge of electric power.
In-service training
In-service training is mainly arranged for the company's senior leaders to explain the relevant practical experience and professional knowledge, and at the same time invite the company's amorphous alloy transformer and switching set product technicians to guide and train them. After the end of each post practice on-site assessment, unqualified continue to practice in this post, qualified cycle to the next post practice. At the same time, after the end of the post practice, in the form of a symposium to organize young teachers to communicate, encourage everyone to say in the specific post practice problems encountered in the solution, the way of learning and the final results of learning and experience, etc., so that not only deepen the exchange between teachers, consolidate the feelings between each other, but also make the teachers in a relaxed environment to learn more about other people's experience, which will This not only deepens the exchange between teachers and consolidates their feelings for each other, but also enables teachers to learn more about others' experiences in a relaxed environment, so that other teachers can be psychologically prepared in advance to find better ways to avoid making mistakes in the practice of specific posts.
Post-post training
After all the practice positions are finished, we finally arrange a seminar and exchange meeting to gather all the guidance masters, young teachers, company leaders and project leaders together, and the guidance masters will re-tell the content of their respective work and guidance links in detail, and constantly answer the teachers' questions to consolidate the teachers' practice content, so that they can have a more solid mastery of the corresponding professional skills, and organize the teachers' final graduation assessment.
