Senior executives—including Chang Jiazhong, Secretary of the company’s Party branch, and Yang Hongwei, General Manager—joined all employees in gathering to review the remarkable progress made in 2025, recognize outstanding role models, and lay out the strategic plan for 2026. The annual meeting kicked off with bilingual remarks—both in Chinese and English—delivered by the hosts, Li Xinran and Sun Shiding. First, General Manager Yang Hongwei presented the 2025 Work Report, comprehensively reviewing the company’s achievements in market expansion, product R&D, technological innovation, and other areas. He also objectively analyzed the current challenges and shortcomings. In 2025, the education business exceeded its targets on multiple key indicators, emerging as a standout highlight within the company’s business segments; overseas operations achieved a breakthrough from zero, further broadening the company’s market landscape; significant progress was made in rejuvenating the management team; meanwhile, corporate culture continued to deepen, and the company scored abundant results in qualification applications, successfully earning honors such as Henan Province’s Demonstration Enterprise for Service-Oriented Manufacturing Innovation and Zhengzhou City’s Pilot Program for Digital Transformation. The report clearly outlined the core strategy for 2026: “Building on manufacturing as our foundation, driving growth through four key pillars, and moving toward becoming a smart power system service provider.” It also laid out comprehensive plans around critical areas including upgrading product R&D, expanding market presence, optimizing management efficiency, and strengthening talent development.

A grand awards ceremony was held at the annual meeting to honor outstanding teams and individuals for their exceptional performance in 2025, demonstrating the company’s recognition and encouragement of its top employees.

Longxiang Communications Outstanding Correspondent Award: Hao Mingzhe from the Operations Center and Zhang Xiaoqing from Longxiang Education—using their pens as bridges, they capture every little detail of the company’s development and build a solid foundation for brand communication.

Newcomer Progress Award: Li Yunfeng from the Sales Center, Zhang Chuang from the Source-Network-Load-Storage Division, and Shen Junjie from the Operation and Maintenance Division—these individuals have injected fresh energy into the company and demonstrated their growth potential with vibrant enthusiasm.

First-Sale Award and Large-Order Award: Ma Jianggong secured the year’s first sale, while Li Zhijie signed a substantial contract worth 4.46 million yuan, highlighting the sales team’s strength and boldness.

Advanced Middle-Level Managers Award: Wang Mengmeng and Yin Fengchen from the Operations Center, Jia Donglong from the Production Center, and Chen Jiangfa from Longxiang Education Information Company—they serve as a bridge between upper and lower levels, driving the company’s growth through efficient execution and strong team cohesion.

Advanced Collective Award: The Headquarters Operations Center, the New Energy Operations Division, and the School-Enterprise Cooperation Division of the Education Information Company were recognized as the Advanced Collectives of the year for their outstanding team collaboration and remarkable work achievements.
