International Cooperation | Counselor from the Kyrgyz Embassy Visits Longxiang Electric for Inspection and Exchange, Jointly Exploring New Paths for China-Kyrgyzstan Green Energy Cooperation

On the afternoon of February 1, Toromamatov Jusubali, Commercial Counselor at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic’s Ministry of Economy and Commerce in China, along with expert representatives from the Ministry of Commerce, Alson and Bektae, paid a visit to Henan Longxiang Electric Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange, accompanied by Cheng Ming, Director of the Henan Provincial Enterprise Economic and Trade Promotion Association’s Representative Office in the Kyrgyz Republic, and others. The group came to explore new opportunities for cooperation in the green energy sector. Yang Hongwei, General Manager of the company, and his management team warmly welcomed the delegation, accompanied them on a tour of the facility, and engaged in an in-depth discussion.
The delegation first visited the Smart Management and Control Center at Longxiang Electric’s Longhu Headquarters. Through high-definition smart displays, they observed in real time the entire production and operational landscape of the Huaiyang manufacturing plant, as well as the detailed process control procedures. Afterwards, the delegation moved on to tour the exhibition area showcasing the outcomes of the company’s university-industry collaboration and the display area for research achievements. There, they gained a thorough understanding of how the company and universities jointly establish R&D platforms and collaboratively tackle core technological challenges. They carefully examined various exhibits of research achievements and expressed high appreciation for Longxiang Electric’s strong R&D capabilities, its innovative university-industry collaboration model, and its ability to effectively commercialize research results.
After the observation session, both sides held a special symposium in the company’s conference room, engaging in in-depth discussions on core issues such as green energy development, technology alignment, and market cooperation. The atmosphere was both enthusiastic and pragmatic.
At the symposium, General Manager Yang Hongwei warmly welcomed the visit of Counselor Toromamatov Jusubali and his delegation. He provided the visiting group with a comprehensive introduction to Longxiang Electric’s development journey, its core technological strengths, its achievements in R&D of intelligent electrical equipment, its nationwide deployment of new-energy charging infrastructure, and its global strategic plan. He emphasized that Longxiang Electric has been deeply engaged in the electrical industry for many years, consistently focusing on innovation in green energy. The company has accumulated extensive experience in the R&D and manufacturing of products such as transformers and smart charging piles, and boasts a fully integrated production capacity system and robust global service capabilities. He expressed his hope that this exchange would serve as an opportunity for Longxiang Electric and the Kyrgyz side to join forces in exploring the Central Asian and Eurasian markets, achieving complementary advantages and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Counselor Toromamatov Jusubali expressed his gratitude for Longxiang Electric’s warm hospitality and provided a detailed overview of Kyrgyzstan’s energy transition policies and the progress being made in its “Green Transportation” strategy. He pointed out that Kyrgyzstan is accelerating the adoption of new-energy vehicles and the development of charging infrastructure, resulting in strong demand for high-quality electrical equipment. Longxiang Electric’s core products align closely with these needs, offering vast potential for cooperation. He particularly emphasized that, as a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, Kyrgyzstan enjoys the advantage of duty-free trade within the region, making it an ideal strategic hub for Longxiang to expand into Eurasian markets and facilitate efficient market access for its products. He also extended a sincere invitation to Longxiang Electric to conduct on-site visits to Kyrgyzstan and jointly explore concrete pathways for collaboration.
This visit and exchange were pragmatic, efficient, and yielded abundant results. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges of views on key issues such as technology alignment, market access standards, and models for capacity cooperation, reaching numerous consensuses. Longxiang Electric stated that it will carefully evaluate the opportunities for cooperation with the Kyrgyz side, fully leveraging its own technological and production advantages to actively promote the “going global” of high-quality production capacity, thereby supporting the development of Kyrgyzstan’s green energy and green transportation sectors. Representatives from the Kyrgyz side also expressed their hope that this meeting would serve as a starting point for further deepening practical cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan in the field of green energy, establishing a long-term communication mechanism, and jointly forging a new chapter of mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation, thus elevating bilateral economic and trade cooperation to a higher level.
