International Cooperation | Longxiang Electric Debuts at Yemen’s First National Energy Conference, Building Bridges for Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration

  From November 26 to 27, 2025, Yemen’s first National Energy Conference, themed “Sustainable Energy Fuels Yemen’s Recovery,” was held with great success in Aden. Zhu Liangliang, General Manager of the International Business Division of Henan Longxiang Electric Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the conference and join discussions with various stakeholders on Yemen’s energy transition and green recovery strategy.

  As the first national-level energy cooperation platform initiated by the Yemeni Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, in collaboration with key development partners and industry organizations, this conference has brought together representatives from China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries. Focusing on the urgent need for structural reforms in Yemen’s energy sector, the conference draws on global and regional experiences to tailor integrated energy solutions specifically for Yemen, thereby accelerating its transition toward cost-effective clean energy and laying the foundation for long-term green recovery and resilient infrastructure development.

  As an outstanding representative enterprise in China’s power equipment and new energy sectors, General Manager Zhu Liangliang engaged in multiple rounds of in-depth discussions during the conference with senior officials from Yemen’s Ministry of Commerce, Dr. Salim Mohammed bin Qazi, the first president of Aden University and a PhD in electrical engineering, and Hashed M. Alhamdani, CEO of Yemen’s CAC Bank. During these exchanges, General Manager Zhu provided a detailed introduction to Longxiang Electric’s comprehensive strengths across four core business segments: power equipment manufacturing, new-energy project development, engineering operation and maintenance services, and industry-education integrated vocational education. He particularly highlighted the company’s integrated “wind-solar-storage-charging” solutions, its smart and secure electricity-use systems, and its successful practical experiences in industry-education integration.
