　　On the afternoon of November 3, Henan Longxiang Electric Co., Ltd. held a special Party member meeting to study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The purpose of the meeting was to promote all Party members’ deep understanding of the essence of the plenary session through concentrated study and in-depth discussions, thereby aligning their thoughts and actions with the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee. The meeting was chaired by Chang Jiazhong, Secretary of the company’s Party branch, who also led everyone in joint study. Members of the Party branch leadership team and all Party members attended the meeting.

　　At the meeting, Secretary Chang Jiazhong first conveyed the significant historical importance and core content of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party. He pointed out that this plenary session is being held at a critical juncture—just as the 14th Five-Year Plan is about to come to a successful conclusion and preparations are underway for the 15th Five-Year Plan—and marks a milestone in the crucial period when our country is advancing toward the second centenary goal. The “Suggestions of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development,” adopted at the plenary session, not only systematically summarizes the achievements China has made in its development but also scientifically outlines a blueprint for development over the next five years and beyond, charting a clear course forward for the development of the real economy and the building of a modern industrial system.

　　Focusing on the core essence of the spirit of the plenary session, Secretary Chang Jiazhong gave a detailed interpretation of the guiding principles for development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, the six fundamental principles to be upheld, and the key objectives. He emphasized that the requirements put forward by the plenary session—such as "adhering to high-quality development," "pursuing comprehensive deepening of reform," and "balancing development with security"—are highly aligned with the development needs of the energy-saving equipment manufacturing industry. It is particularly important to note that the company’s firm commitment to pursuing the path of new energy is, at its core, a close alignment with the Communist Party of China’s leadership in driving high-quality development—a profound implementation of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that “energy security is vital to the overall development of the economy and society, and the way forward in addressing energy development challenges lies in vigorously developing new energy sources.” This crucial statement has provided us with a clear direction. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee has laid out plans to accelerate the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, explicitly stating that by the end of the 15th Five-Year Plan, the vast majority of additional electricity demand will be met by newly generated clean energy. This is highly consistent with the General Secretary’s call to “promote high-quality development through new-quality productive forces.” For Longxiang Electric, deepening our expertise in the field of new-energy equipment is not only an inevitable choice in response to the nation’s call to “promote the green upgrading and transformation of equipment,” but also a responsible commitment for equipment manufacturers to support the national energy security strategy. 　　During the exchange and seminar session, Organizational Committee Member Ji Ying and Publicity Committee Member Zhang Fuqin shared their insights and practical approaches, drawing on their respective responsibilities and job realities. Organizational Committee Member Ji Ying, closely aligned with the plenary session’s directives to “promote high-level opening-up” and “expand space for two-way investment cooperation,” focused on the development of the company’s international business in new-energy equipment and offered the following perspective: “Today, global demand for energy transition is surging, and countries along the Belt and Road continue to ramp up their procurement needs for wind and photovoltaic equipment—this presents a critical opportunity for us to break into international markets.” Meanwhile, Publicity Committee Member Zhang Fuqin, guided by the plenary session’s call to “drive high-quality development through new-quality productivity,” shared her thoughts from the perspective of business empowerment and capability enhancement: “Technological innovation is the core competitiveness of the new-energy equipment industry, and AI tools are precisely the key lever for unlocking this new-quality productivity.” Both committee members’ remarks not only grounded themselves in their specific job functions but also closely reflected the plenary session’s strategic focus on the real economy and green transformation, providing other Party members with clear guidance for understanding the spirit of the plenary session and fulfilling their job responsibilities.

　　In his concluding remarks, Secretary Chang Jiazhong emphasized that studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee is a major political task for the present and the period ahead. All Party members must always keep in mind their original aspirations and missions, deeply understand the decisive significance of the “Two Establishments,” strengthen their “Four Consciousnesses,” firmly uphold their “Four Confidences,” and ensure “Two Safeguards.” They should devote themselves to the cause of new-energy equipment manufacturing with even greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic approach, thus contributing to advancing Chinese-style modernization and building China into a manufacturing powerhouse.
