To further strengthen risk awareness, enhance bottom-line thinking, improve the safety operation skills of frontline personnel, and enhance safety prevention capabilities, on the afternoon of February 10, Henan Longxiang Electric Co., Ltd. conducted an on-site publicity and training activity on "Improving Safety Management Capabilities." More than 40 cadres and employees of Longxiang Group participated in the training.
Based on the characteristics of Henan Longxiang Electric Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang carefully prepared the courseware. The training covered common pain points and misconceptions in safety production management; the essential qualities and basic qualities of safety management personnel; and the safety management skills of production and operation units, allowing employees to continuously improve their safety awareness during the training and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and orderly.
During the training, typical cases were used as "live teaching materials," using people and events around them to conduct safety reviews. The training explained safety knowledge in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, creating a strong atmosphere where every employee knows about safety, understands safety, and actively participates in safety work, building a solid "firewall" for safe production.
Next, Longxiang Group will actively explore new approaches and measures for safety production education, conduct regular safety training activities, and strive to open up the "last mile" of safety services to escort the high-quality development of Longxiang Group.
