LXWZ type high-voltage reactive power grouping automatic compensation device is suitable for 10(6)kV bus in 110kV and 35kV substations, switching stations and high-voltage motor reactive power automatic tracking compensation. The device according to the reactive power, grid voltage, power factor and other parameters for the comprehensive criterion for grading automatic switching shunt capacitor bank, to improve the line first end power factor, reduce the transmission line loss, improve the line end voltage, improve the transmission load capacity of the transmission and transformation equipment, in order to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction, improve the voltage quality purpose. In addition, each capacitor bank of the device is equipped with a special permanent magnet vacuum switch for capacitor switching, which ensures the stability of the device operation and the reliability of the switching capacitor.
The LXWZ type high-voltage reactive power automatic compensation device mainly consists of two parts: the control part and the compensation part. The compensation part can be expanded according to the requirements, up to twelve levels. Its main components include a special grounding compressor load switch for incoming lines, a special permanent magnet vacuum switch for capacitor bank switching, a protection CT, a voltage and current indicating instrument, a high-voltage live indicator, a lightning arrester, a fuse, a high-voltage shunt capacitor, a series reactor, a discharge coil, an intelligent reactive power compensation controller, a microcomputer protection control unit, etc. and auxiliary parts such as cabinets, primary and secondary incoming lines, etc.
